ROI Wiz – From simple to annoyingly complex

ROI Wiz is an average, ad tracker tool that has not had an update created for it in the last six years. Upon speaking directly with ROI Wiz maker, AdComplete, they confirmed that there are no updates planned for now or in the immediate future.

ROI Wiz must be directly installed on your server before it can be used. For $399, the tedious download and the poorly written instructions are not impressive. Also bothersome, after such a difficult download, was finding how limited the information is that ROI Wiz provides for such a large investment of time and money.

ROI Wiz requires printing of individualized reports. This would normally not be a problem, except analysis of these reports proved difficult. Such things as discovering which advertisements perform the best - basic information for other commonplace, ad tracker programs – seemed almost impossible to extract from the ROI Wiz.

In addition, ROI Wiz does not provide any form of the following: click fraud detection, prevention, and easy to read graphs. Again, all of these normally found in other, less expensive ad tracker programs, are non-existent in ROI Wiz.

AdComplete has invested their best efforts into their other popular products – Affiliate Wiz, eNewsletter Pro Email Marketing software, and Ban Man Pro. It is troubling, as ROI Wiz has potential, all of which has fallen by the wayside, as AdComplete concentrates on other, bigger fish in its product pool.

In fairness, AdComplete did provide a quick support response to support questions. This seemed to be a bright spot for ROI Wiz in an otherwise lackluster performance.
